What They're Saying About... Balloon Man   On behalf of the San Francisco Forty Niners, thank you for your help in coordinating the Balloon Man's performance at this past week's game. He was nothing short of spectacular! The fans when crazy and actually, to the tumultuous applause of 60,000, Skip did too! When he popped his head out of that balloon toward the end of the song, it was too much. On a personal note, Mr. Banks was extremely cooperative, accommodating and professional. What a show! He was crazier and better than any of us could have imagined. The fan response, particularly from students, was overwhelming. No one left their seat during half-time, and most fans were on their feet for the entire performance. Thanks to pre-publicity of Balloon Man's appearance, the game was one of our best attended of the season. People are already asking when he's coming back to Loyola! He also made for a great cut-away on our local news highlights of the game that night.... Not only was his act popular, but Mr. Banks was to every degree a professional and pleasing to work with.   My name is David Weisser and I am the Director of Game Atmosphere at Old Dominion University. We recently had Skip Banks perform at two basketball games as the Balloonman and he was a big hit both days. He was a pleasure to work with and I would refer him to any school that wants a fantastic halftime.   Thank You Skip, for your great halftime show at Carver Arena, when the Bradley Braves hosted the Indiana State Sycamores to a sold out crowd on Saturday, January 3rd. Your performance was a special part of our half time festivities and judging by the crowds reaction, it was a success. Quality halftime entertainment is an important part of our game presentation. I am glad we were able to bring the Balloonman into Peoria this year. The Balloonman performance is a hit each and every time.
